Your creator data stays yours

• Public YouTube channel and recent-video data when you request a BuzzScore.
• Your email address and authentication identifiers when you sign in.
• Payment status, amount, currency and Stripe object identifiers for DealBuff purchases.
• The sponsorship text you submit, only while producing a DealBuff analysis.
• Private extracted results and scores when a signed-in analysis is saved to history.

When you request a BuzzScore, BuzzBuff uses the YouTube API Services to read the public channel title, handle, description, URL, subscriber and channel totals, and up to 20 recent public videos with their titles, publication dates, durations, views, likes and comments. BuzzBuff does not ask you to connect a Google account or access private YouTube Analytics data.

We use that data only to resolve the channel, calculate the independently generated BuzzScore and its components, explain the result, and show the recent videos supporting it. BuzzScore and Buzz DNA are BuzzBuff outputs; they are not metrics supplied, approved or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

Use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google explains its own processing in the Google Privacy Policy.

The raw text is sent to the configured AI provider to extract stated commercial terms. BuzzBuff does not store the raw offer in its database, publish it, include it in payment metadata, or send it to the brand. Only the extracted analysis is retained in your private account history after a successful paid analysis.

Stripe processes card details and payment records; card details never reach BuzzBuff. Supabase provides passwordless authentication and private database storage. YouTube provides public channel data. Ollama Cloud is the currently configured AI processor. Vercel hosts the application. These providers process data to deliver the service and may operate in countries outside yours.

Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Google Analytics 4 may use cookies and similar technologies to collect pseudonymous usage data such as page views, referrers and browser/device information. We use that information to understand aggregate site usage, not for advertising or to identify you directly. Google may process this data under its own privacy policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings. To enforce request limits, the server stores a keyed digest derived from the network address rather than the address itself.

Account data is protected by owner-only database policies. A BuzzScore becomes public only after its owner explicitly publishes it and can be revoked later. Sponsorship analyses are never public or shareable.

Payment records are retained for accounting, fraud prevention and dispute handling. Private DealBuff history is retained until it is deleted or the account is closed. Stored BuzzScore source data, results, AI interpretation and any consented public share are automatically deleted within 30 days of the analysis. A creator can revoke a public BuzzScore sooner. We may retain limited non-YouTube records where law requires it or to resolve a dispute.
